Evergreen Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services in Greater Austin, booked and coordinated with the help of Chloe, our AI concierge. The specific scope of each clean is described on our Services page and confirmed at the time of booking.

Quotes are based on the information you provide about your home and the options you select. Your price is shown before you confirm. If conditions at the home differ materially from what was described, we may adjust the scope or quote and will let you know before proceeding.

We’ll do our best to arrive within your scheduled window. You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us with reasonable advance notice. Recurring plans have no long-term commitment and may be paused or cancelled at any time.

Please make sure our cleaners can access your home at the scheduled time and let us know about pets, alarms, fragile items, or areas you’d like us to skip. A safe, accessible work environment helps us do our best work.

We want you to love the result. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right, typically by re-cleaning the areas that fell short at no additional charge.

Payment is due as described at the time of booking. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your selected service and any agreed add-ons. As a tech demo, no real charges are processed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMB Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
